Starting With a New-Construction Driveway Site

Because this was a new driveway installation, our scope included preparing the site for the pavement as well as installing the asphalt itself. There was no existing asphalt driveway to patch, overlay, or resurface.

Full site preparation was part of the work before the new asphalt was placed.

The project then moved into paving the driveway area for the new residential property. Keeping those parts within one scope meant our crew handled the work from site preparation through the completed asphalt surface without treating the job as a repair or maintenance project.

Paving From the Curved Approach to the Home

The asphalt driveway has two visibly different parts. A narrower approach curves through the property before opening into a substantially wider paved area beside the residence. The route changes direction as it follows the property, then broadens significantly near the home.

The approach also follows visibly changing terrain before reaching the larger paved area beside the residence.

Our crew paved both areas as one connected driveway.

Eight workers were on the job site, and the project took six hours to complete.

The finished asphalt follows the narrower approach with clearly defined edges along the route. Near the residence, the pavement expands into the wider section while remaining continuous with the approach.

That configuration gives the property one paved driveway extending from the entrance area to the larger surface beside the home.

A Finished Driveway With Lines the Customer Noticed

Once the paving was complete, the property had a continuous new asphalt driveway extending from the approach to the broader paved area near the residence. The finished surface had clearly defined perimeter lines along the new pavement.

The customer was happy with the appearance of the driveway and specifically commented on the straight lines in the finished work. Their feedback focused on the visible result: the overall appearance of the new asphalt and the linework along the completed driveway.
